Trio Fine Material Washers are cost effective, clean, classify and de-water fine granular material (sand). Five models are available in both Single and Twin Spiral shafts.
Features
- Makes clean high quality construction sand
- Variable spiral speed and water input to control product gradation
- Gear reducers are capable of high reduction ratios to achieve low spiral speeds and high torque outputs
- Head-end shaft to gearbox coupling insures proper shaft alignment
- Flexible spider coupling protects the rotating shaft from thrust loads and gear reducer against vibrations
